Position: HR Generalist
Location: Nikol S.P.Ring Road
Company: Engineering Company

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Conduct performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization's HR policies and procedures remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist, preferably in [industry/sector].
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
