Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Greet and welcome customers to the boutique, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Listen to their needs, preferences, and desires to offer personalized assistance. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry. Sales and Consultation: Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their preferences. Assist clients in making informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect timepiece. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of client information and preferences to foster long-term relationships. Follow up with clients and provide after-sales support, including servicing and maintenance advice. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique environment by ensuring watches are. displayed attractively and in an organized manner. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate product availability to clients. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and compliance with all industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred. 2 - 7 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury watches. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for luxury fashion and watches. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
