 Business Development Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, visiting clients, industry exhibitions events, referrals, and networking. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, giving a detailed demonstration about our services, understanding their needs, and facilitating meetings with the transaction team to meet their requirements. Sales and Negotiations: Conduct detailed sales presentations with prospective clients and closing preferred vendor relationship agreements for PAN India service. Prepare and review contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams. Market Research: Stay updated with market. trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on market demand. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network and identify potential partnerships to enhance business growth. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market insights, and business development activities. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Education (degree / diploma) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MBA Degree or Equivalent Experience Proven track record in business development or sales in Real Estate/Hospitality. Relevant experience of Business Development within a matrix organization is Advantageous preferably in Commercial Real Estate Industries like handling Conventional & Co-working spaces
