Recruitment Executive @ SMB Placement

Job Description

:-

Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
Build a chain of new partners across Gujarat in order to close the open positions.

Requirements and skills

Some months of experience in Recruitment would be an added advantage
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of Internet search methods
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Ability to travel when required Bachelor's Degree Holder

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday are the working days. Saturday & Sunday Off
Training Hours: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm Salary: 10k-15k per month
Salary in bank account on 1st of every month.
