Job Description

Job Purpose

Build required manufacturing footprint & production capacity based on future demand and to develop adequate manufacturing strategy to facilitate continuous & sustainable business growth

Role & responsibilities

I. Analyse Strat-Plan to build capacity roadmap basis business forecast & strategic growth drivers
II. Assessment of constraints hampering serviceability through immediate bottleneck identification
III. Ensure that thorough and comprehensive de-bottlenecking solutions are identified & implemented to optimise the network for planning capacity
IV. Drive serviceability & resolve capacity related queries to ensure smooth operations
V. Ensure strategic alignment with cross functional teams through regular updates to update demand scenarios
VI. Ensure process sustenance is achieved as per Ciplas standards and expectation

Relevant Work Experience

4-5 years with strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills & clarity of thought process (manufacturing background preferred

Education Qualification

Graduate with sound knowledge of Operations & good exposure to MS office
