Key Responsibilities:

• Intelligent and analytically generate customer requirement using psychological and technical  tools.
• Developing and configuring clients requirement via digital or any other such medium available. .
• Identifying new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to spread awareness about Products and services.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their preferences, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analysis of Customer Sentiments and Configuring Customer Requirements.

Required Skills:

• 01-02 years of Proven experience in Hospitality / Real Estate / Investment Banking and Event Management Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Any Customer analysis and research tool. 
• Business visualiser tool like tablaue. 
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Patient and Respectful Client Handling.
