Role Description This is a full-time role on-site located in New Delhi for a Customer Relationship Management Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professionals who provide support to clients in regards to HQTS services and products. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the CRM team, including achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating with customers on contract terms, handling customer complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record in team leadership and management Experience in customer service, sales, and team management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of quality assurance, inspection, or testing industry is a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin, Hindi, or any other Asian language is a plus
