Role & responsibilities
To develop & provide sites with Region/Segment specific Standard recipes and menus according to the site Dynamics within the baseline costs, working in total alignment with Supply Management and using our Demand Management and Inventory processes that are designed to meet and exceed our customers expectations while using innovative design and efficient cost development .To provide accurate and aggressive food costing to business for new BIDS with view of winning BIDS and achieving budgeted GOPs
