Role & responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager, Hotel Manager or similar role.
- Able to Handle Kitchen
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Guest service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
- Manage Food & Beverage Service , Team handling .
- Event Management , Task Management .
- Ability to Manage Rooms ,Kitchen Management , Menu Management , Costing Management .
- BSc degree in Hotel Management .
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in using software
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivated independently
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
