Restaurant Manager (Salary: 25,000 per month)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including waiters, chefs, and cashiers.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and labor.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Waiter/Waitress (Salary: 12,000 per month)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Present menu items and answer customer questions about food and beverages.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Plating & Parceling Staff (Salary: 12,000 per month)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure food is plated and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Pack takeout orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service environment (preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Master Chef - Indian, Chinese, Kebab & Tandoor (Salary: 30,000 per month)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, Kebab, and Tandoor dishes according to established recipes and high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- May assist with menu development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to prepare a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, Kebab, and Tandoor dishes.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Cashier (Salary: 15,000 per month)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier (preferred).
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
