Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

• Design, build, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components

• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, reports, and dashboards

• Handle data migration, integration, and third-party API connections

• Perform system upgrades and platform optimizations

• Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and provide scalable CRM solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)

• Hands-on with Salesforce Admin tasks users, roles, security, and configuration

• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, SOQL, and process automation tools

• Salesforce certification(s) like Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or App Builder preferred

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields

• Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable
