Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Monitoring & Observability to design, implement, and drive reliability solutions within the banking domain. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of applications and infrastructure using modern observability tools and SRE best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and advocate SRE solutions across enterprise systems
• Ensure availability, performance, resilience, and scalability of applications
• Design and implement scalability and elasticity strategies for infrastructure
• Manage software lifecycle and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in cloud infrastructure architecture and implementation
• Drive monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies
• Monitor releases and ensure successful deployments
• Conduct workshops and training to promote SRE & DevOps practices
• Create and maintain documentation, repositories, and operational artifacts
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Expertise in Monitoring & Observability tools (Dynatrace preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK Stack)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and performance tuning
