Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ESP / CA Workload Automation (CAWA) Engineer with strong expertise in job scheduling, MFT (Managed File Transfer), and migration projects. The role involves designing and managing enterprise scheduling workflows, supporting file transfer orchestration, and driving migration from MessageWay to ESP CAWA.

Key Responsibilities

ESP / CAWA Job Development & Orchestration

• Design, build, and maintain Broadcom ESP / CAWA job schedules, calendars, triggers, and dependencies
• Implement orchestration patterns including sequencing, conditional logic, and recovery workflows
• Configure operational controls such as retries, reruns, failure handling, and notifications

MFT Workflow Enablement

• Support end-to-end Managed File Transfer (MFT) workflows through enterprise scheduling
• Ensure secure execution of file transfer processes with monitoring, validation, and handoffs

Script Integration (Mandatory)

• Develop and integrate VBScript and/or PowerShell scripts for:
  • Pre-processing and post-processing
  • File validation and naming
  • Automation and issue remediation

Migration (MessageWay to ESP CAWA)

• Analyze existing MessageWay workflows and convert them into ESP CAWA equivalents
• Support migration lifecycle including build, validation, testing, and cutover readiness

Production Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 support for scheduling and orchestration issues
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams for smooth execution

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom ESP and/or CA Workload Automation (CAWA)
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) concepts and workflows
• Hands-on scripting experience in VBScript and/or PowerShell (mandatory)
• Expertise in job scheduling (dependencies, calendars, triggers, reruns, failure handling)
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking / BFSI domain
• Familiarity with MFT tools and protocols (SFTP, FTPS, etc.)
• Exposure to SLA-driven batch operations and cut-off windows
