Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a strong background in Data & Analytics implementations on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile delivery, along with hands-on experience managing large-scale data programs across cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery across data and analytics programs
• Act as a Scrum Master / RTE / Agile Coach to guide teams and stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end project delivery for Data & Analytics implementations on cloud platforms
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders
• Drive effective use of tools like JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 1216 years of overall experience
• 8+ years in Agile / Scaled Agile project or delivery management
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / RTE
• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics domain
• 4+ years of experience in cloud-based data implementations (GCP / AWS / Azure GCP preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Strong understanding of data architectures and analytics implementation patterns on cloud
• Awareness of key considerations and nuances in cloud-based data solutions
