Job Description
- Execute UAT / system testing / parallel runs between Aladdin and legacy systems
- Perform daily reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)
- Investigate and resolve data breaks; perform rootcause analysis
- Document defects, track fixes, and provide retesting support
- Validate P&A outputs (returns, contributions, benchmarks)
- Work closely with onshore teams for issue triage and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document pricing strategies, FX calculations, market data requirements, and derivatives instruments.

- Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Shifts timings: 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST
We are seeking a skilled Business/Performance Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Performance & Attribution (P&A) and Aladdin user-level knowledge, as well as expertise in testing, daily reconciliation, and defect analysis. A strong understanding of pricing, FX, market data, performance calculation logic, and derivatives is essential.
Participate in defect analysis and resolution, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
