Job Description

    Job Summary: The Assistant Manager Learning and Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee training and development programs. This role ensures that employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities to enhance their performance and contribute to organizational success. Conducting & Preparing Training programs for Sales, Purchase and all other departments. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Training & Development Strategy Assist in developing and executing the organizations L&D strategy. Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals. Program Development & Execution Design and deliver training programs, including soft skills, leadership development, and technical training. Manage learning platforms and facilitate in-person training sessions. Develop learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive content. Performance Management & Employee Growth Support career development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching programs. Implement and track employee development plans. Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluations. Coordinate with HR and department heads to schedule training sessions. Data Analysis & Reporting Maintain training records and analyze training data to measure impact and ROI. Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership based on learning outcomes. Strong understanding of training methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Strong analytical, Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Training & Development. Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
