Job Description
- As an International Recruiter at IndieTalent (2COMS Group), your role involves handling bulk recruitment for international requirements. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. It is essential to stay updated on global labor markets, visa processes, and migration policies to ensure successful placements. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate candidate and employer data using CRM tools and collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle bulk recruitment for international requirements - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & onboarding - Stay updated on global labor markets, visa processes & migration policies - Maintain accurate candidate and employer data using CRM tools - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless hiring outcomes Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and candidate sourcing strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with global candidates and employers - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities In addition to the exciting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading consulting firm. The benefits include a 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday off, PF & ESIC benefits, and office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
