- Role Overview: You would be working as a Project Associate at Indegene with a focus on project management using Veeva Vault/MLR and PromoMats along with proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Your role involves planning and implementing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to manage project scope, timelines, and milestones effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables based on business unit requirements. - Manage customer expectations and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement. - Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks by proposing effective solutions in advance. - Communicate project requirements clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders. - Collaborate with domain and technical leads to plan project timelines using appropriate tools. - Regularly liaise with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. - Identify and resolve issues within the project team promptly. - Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations. - Define project success criteria and ensure communication across stakeholders. - Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective project execution. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate & Post Graduate with MBA. - Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model. - Good knowledge of MLR Process and Veeva Vault PromoMats. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work in a multitask/multi-priority environment. - Self-starter with minimal management oversight. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to achieve results. - Experience in Power BI or other analytical tools. Note: This job requires individuals with a passion for the healthcare and life science industry, problem-solving skills, strategic stakeholder management abilities, continuous learning mindset, results-oriented approach in uncertain environments, data-driven decision-making, and willingness to earn certifications in relevant skills.
