You Have:
  • 5-6 years of experience in OD interventions
  • Extensive knowledge on designing & developing training programs around leadership & capability
  • Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work
  • Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Training/ L & D certification and Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage
What you ll do:
  • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes
  • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals
  • Implement Organizational effectiveness interventions
  • Create competency models
  • Develop team-building exercises and workshops
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with Organizational goals
  • Diagnose potential Organizational problem areas
  • Develop questionnaires, run assessment centre, study data around training need identification & understand individual & group development needs
  • Develop & deliver training workshops (online & classroom) for individuals & groups
  • Discover learning needs by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Develop & deliver leadership & capability development programs
  • Measure the effectiveness of the programs
  • Help build organisation culture and capabilities
  • Implement leadership programs
  • Conduct and facilitate leadership training
  • Vendor management for programs
