Role & responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources including HRIS and other relevant sources.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics (not limited to manpower planning, budgeting, attrition), dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects to address specific HR-related questions or challenges.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and provide analytical support.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualization tools.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Preferred candidate profile
6+ years of experience working in the human resources field including atleast 3+ years of experience in HR analytics.
Any Graduate, Diploma / PG in HR
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
