Talent management Generalist will execute talent initiatives that support business accomplish their objectives by building the talent workforce for tomorrow. This includes but is not limited to talent identification, evaluation of talent bench strength, collaborating with L&D for talent development and providing performance evaluation framework that thrives performance and drives differentiation and transparency.
Job Description
Act as the key Talent Management point of contact, partnering to educate, advise, and guide the integration of Talent Management into different regional systems and practices.
Responsible for executing end to end MyCNX Planning (talent lifecycle) at the region.
Create and independently execute regional and global talent programs aimed at talent development, upskilling and growth.
Talent data analysis and regular reporting at the region
Partner with People Solutions (HR) Business Partners to understand business demand, talent bench strengths, gaps (existing or potential) and align on a corrective course of action.
Work pro-actively as part of a global team to ensure we are respecting our culture of belonging as we launch initiatives.
Conduct/facilitate regular Talent Connect/Demand Planning sessions with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) to solution for identified talent/growth needs.
Proficient in applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Experience in talent management and collaboration with L&D, TA, and People Solutions (HR) is a must.
