Job Description

Required Skillset:

• Bachelors degree and at least 1 year of experience in IT.
• First point of contact to provide support to MAC end users.
• Experience in supporting different MAC OS and hardware.
• Identify, research, and troubleshoot technical issues related to MAC OS.
• Assist the users in proper use of MAC and network hardware and software.
• Work on any issues related to LAN or network on MAC machines, networking concepts like DNS, DHCP etc.
• Triage, assign and acknowledge the tickets received in the ticketing system.
• Work on account management and password reset requests.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate and push IT policies on MAC systems.
• Maintain service levels according to the priority of the issues reported.
• Provide support for all common office software and applications for MAC devices.
• Implementation of applications and software upgrades as well as performance troubleshooting and tuning for users.
• Experience working with vendors, consultants, and third-party integrators.
• Good communication skills and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
