Desktop Engineer

Exp: 4-8 years

Location: Pan India

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Deep knowledge in VMware Horizon 8.6+ and vSphere 7.0+ with experience in deploying the VDI in the environment in Horizon View.

2. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11 and migration of VDIs from one version to another.

3. Administering SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager), Active Directory, file management and Windows troubleshooting.

4. Perform administration of VDI and virtual environments to include troubleshooting, break fix activities and configuring applications.

5. Supporting and maintaining a VDI environment, including experience with VMWare Horizon view.

6. Experience in User profile migration or similar tools like USMT etc. used for migrations.

7. Lead or participate in high level discussions and share with the team of the outcomes.

8. Able to work and interact with others in a structured/team environment.

Works in ticketing system to solve escalated issues.
