Candidate must have minimum 3+ years experience working as Sales Officer for Non-food FMCG Company in GT.
Dealing with the dealers, distributors, and channel Management & Wholesale.
Responsible for Primary/Secondary target for the region and growth of business.
Coordinate with respective CFA to ensure timely supplies to distributors/direct retailers.
Ensuring sufficient stocks with distributors and retailers in the region.
Must have excellent knowledge about their territory areas & other surrounding areas.
Candidate should have a strong distributor network with retail level geographical knowledge of the areas.
Candidate must have knowledge about how to develop primary as well as secondary sales in area & able to make distributors/ parties in the area.
Improve repeat billing at each of the activated stores
Ensure off take of products through store level merchandizing
Responsible for area development & business growth.
