Designation: Human Resource - Recruitment /HR Executive

Work Location: Virugambakkam -- Chennai -92

Working Time : 10 AM - 07.00 PM

Working Days : Monday -Friday (Alternative Saturday working)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Job Profile:

1. Sourcing the desired candidates from job portal like Naukri ,LinkedIn etc

2. Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.

3. Screening candidates based on the requirements.

4. Educate candidates about their job profile based on the requirements.

5. Should act as an one point of contact between candidate and the client.

6. Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent.

7. Screen resumes and job application forms.

8. Help to structure the job description.

9. Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.

1. Excellent communication Skills.

2. Interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management

3. Basic knowledge about recruitment process.
