Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring
- Creating Job Descriptions as per requirement
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports
- Develop pool of qualified candidates
- Take care of day to day HR activities/operations
- Grievance handling
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate/Banking)
Critical Skills
- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)
- Good communication skills
- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented
- Should be able to capture and maintain data
Experience required
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment mandatory
