Assists in planing Sales Trips under approval of Marketing & Sales Manager to major marketing areas. Also reports on potential markets needing coverage
Assists in maintaining on line updated directory, facilities information, competition information and M.I.S
Co-ordinates and ensures the efficient operation of F&B functions, Guest stay to ensure revenue maximization and customer satisfaction
Maintains close contacts with Guests and market, earns goodwill and recommends modifications of products, service, amenities based on analysis of feedback
Responsible for follow-up on all customer complaints
Assists in F&B promotion and special promotional activity
Assists in PR activities to ensure goodwill and effective market penetration, within corporate guidelines
Attends cross department training specially in Front Office and F&B
Attends behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi functionality
Is updated with the latest marketing trends
