The candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the Commercial Vehicle Finance portfolio. This role involves identifying potential customers, managing dealership relationships, and ensuring seamless loan processing for a variety of commercial vehicles (Small, Medium, and Heavy Commercial Vehicles).
Sales & Business Development: Actively source new customers for Commercial Vehicle loans to meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with local vehicle dealers, manufacturers (OEMs), and brokers to ensure a steady flow of business.
Market Penetration: Identify new market segments and customer profiles (e.g., small fleet operators, captive customers, and first-time users) within the assigned territory.
Customer Assessment: Conduct preliminary credit checks and gather necessary documentation for CIBIL status and dedupe verification.
End-to-End Processing: Manage the loan application lifecycle from initial login to final disbursement, coordinating closely with the Credit and Operations teams.
Portfolio Management: Monitor the health of the portfolio and assist the collections team if necessary to maintain low delinquency levels.
Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Asset Lending or Any Loan, specifically within Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), or Tractor finance.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of CV market dynamics, regional transport authority (RTO) processes, and vehicle valuations.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort using CRM tools, loan origination systems (LOS), and digital onboarding platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and a results-driven mindset.
Candidates with existing networks in the local transport industry.
Prior experience in NBFCs or Banking Sales focusing on retail or rural assets.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
