Nri Relationship ManagerKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with personalized banking solutions
- Meet sales targets by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services to NRI clients
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to NRI clients
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies while handling NRI accounts
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience for NRI clients
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in banking regulations related to NRI clients
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry, with a focus on NRI clients
- Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to NRI clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
