Job Description
Assurance requirements in product process development and warranty in accordance with Sourcing and project organisation.
1 SPQD plans develoment from tender phase till FAI Go
- is reponisble at tender phase to communicate and validate quality specifications and SPQD plan in anticipation with suppliers
- manages the SQS phase till the Business Award in coordination with sourcing, validate the relevant waivers
- performs SPQD plan by setting-up relevant actions plan all along the product / process development to reach Supplier FAI go on time
- applies the application of the DFQ process and validates each milestones
- is responsible to perform the handover with SQA
- manages warranty issues linked to suppliers in collaboration with Project warranty responsible
2 Management, performances and reporting
- informs SPQD manager, Sourcing and Industrial and engineering / projects entities about the main issues, increment ROE
- reports about his activity, manages his indicators (exemple visual management)
- participates in the management of yellow suppliers status
- ensures his required qualifications to have the right lebvel of expertise
3 Contribute to continuous improvement ptogram
- proposes good practices
- contributes for APSYS roadmap s SPQD related questions
- Drive continuos improvement through effective REX deployment
- Drive Lean and 6 sigma at supplier through supplier developmnet program
- Zero defect through RFT drive at supplier
- Deploy best practices across the supplier base
4- Having good knowledge of light heavy fabrication, GD T, NDT method like M.T, UT, VT , RT. International welding engineer/ AWS 3.1/ 3.2 certified person.
Qualification :
- BE/Btech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial . Welding Knowledge ( EN 15085-2 / AWS ) with 15 to 20 Years of experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experiecne in Casting / forging and Railway bogie parts.
