Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through different portals
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with different agencies
- Responsible for reviewing recruitment cycle, job descriptions and salaries on timely basis
- Responsible for reducing the cost for closing the position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews and salary negotiation
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Skills Sets/ Managerial skills:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and portals like (Naukri and Linkedin)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Should have through knowledge and understanding of industry
- Benchmarking of salaries
- Analysis of competitors hierarchy and compensation structure
