JOB DESCRIPTION

WORKING DAYS/TIME: 5.5 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday is Fixed Off)

Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 25,000 per Month + Incentives as per the policy.

EDUCATION: Graduation(Any Specialisation)

Job Description / Key Result Area's

CLIENT ACQUISITION

• Data Mining and Sourcing Clients
• Calling Leads
• Answering Client Queries
• Coordinating with Purchase Team, Pre Sales Team, Technical Team
• Sales Presentation preparation
• Sales Proposal preparation
• Follow-up with Client for Sales
• Achieving Sales Targets

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

• Onboarding New Clients
• Conducting Knowledge Sharing with Clients on new Product and Services
• Upselling of Other product and Services to Onboard Clients
• Collecting References from Existing Clients

STRENGTHENING SALES

• Taking Proactive Measures to strengthen clients Bonding
• Engaging with Clients to prevent Competency
• Maintain Client Wise Status on Sales, Lost Opportunities, Upcoming Opportunities, Sales Funnel

EXPERIENCE

Passion For Sales, Hardworking, Enthusiastic Candidate

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand needs to deliver sales under pressure

Ability to identify & Evaluate the right opportunities

Demonstrate Strong Inter-Personal Skills and Negotiation Skills

Excellent Spoken and Written English
