Hiring Team Leader for a BPO in Mumbai for Customer Service / Sales Process

KINDLY READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

Stockbroking/BFSI experience a must
Manage Customer Service or a Sales Process
Min 1 year experience as a Team Leader.
Manage IB / OB SL, metrics, AHT Quality team-wise
Good with MS Office
Good with people management, process SL, Quality, and agent behavior.

Location - Mumbai
Salary - Btwn 4.5 to 5.5LPA (Depending on the Current / Last CTC)
Notice Period - 15 Days.
