Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle queries and support for our home appliance service department.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, maintain records, and coordinate with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Maintain customer records and update service logs.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Support the service team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
