Job Description

    Position: Intern Business Process Associate

    Duration: 6 Months (with potential for full-time conversion)
    Type: Paid Internship

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Business Process Associate to support business operations, customer onboarding, and process quality activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to operational workflows, customer lifecycle management, and process optimization while working closely with internal teams and end users.

    Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance and commitment may be considered for a full-time role upon completion of the internship.


    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Assist in documenting, monitoring, and improving internal business processes to ensure smooth operational workflow
    • Support customer onboarding by guiding new users through account setup, product usage, and required documentation
    • Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and messages to provide assistance and resolve queries
    • Maintain accurate records of customer data, onboarding status, and process updates in internal systems
    • Identify process gaps, operational issues, and customer concerns, and report them to the relevant teams
    • Coordinate with internal departments such as product, support, and operations to ensure timely service delivery
    • Prepare reports, training materials, and user documentation to support business and customer operations
    • Assist in gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve products, services, and processes
    • Utilize digital tools, databases, and internal platforms to manage workflows and ensure data accuracy
    • Support the team in exploring automation and AI tools to improve efficiency in business processes and customer management

     


    Required Qualifications

    Educational Background

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
    • Final-year students or recent graduates are eligible to apply

    Technical & Functional Skills

    • Basic understanding of business processes and workflow management
    • Familiarity with web and mobile applications and digital platforms
    • Strong analytical and documentation skills
    • Basic knowledge of databases, Excel, or data handling is an advantage

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
    • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Customer-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude
