Job Description

Infosys BPM Ltd - We are hiring for Consultant Life Insurance Solution Design for Bangalore location.Job Description: Consultant Insurance Solution Design.Work Experience:
10-12 years of working experience (in Insurance BPM preferably in Life, Annuities, Retirements) with a minimum 4-5 Years of experience in Insurance/retirements BPO Solution Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end RFP/ RFI response process for Insurance (Life, Annuities and Retirements)
Play the role of solution architect (transition, transformation, creation of commercial models)
Make compelling solution presentation to external and internal stakeholders
Support Go-to-Market in the Insurance domain; Scan the industry value chain, identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework to address these opportunities.
Liaise with analyst community and lead the response and presentations to promote Infosys BPM Insurance ranking
Create insurance specific POC solutions and publish thought leadership articles on periodic basisMandatory skills:
Deep understanding of Insurance industry and value chain
Ability to create complex commercial models (BPO Lift & Shift, Staff rebadge, BPaaS)
Ability to work across BPO and IT, Product teams and drive solution consensus
Proven communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements in the insurance industry and provide appropriate solutions
Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various internal stakeholders
Excellent written communication and story boarding skills (PPT) for response formulationEducation and professional qualifications desired:
Any Full time Graduate. MBA Preferred
