Job Description

Manage and coordinate on-ground workforce (loaders, scanners, vendors)

Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and shipment flow

Monitor attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation

Handle real-time operational issues and ensure quick resolution

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless functioning

Track productivity, maintain reports, and ensure SLA adherence

Maintain discipline, safety, and process compliance on the floor
