Job Description

Job Title: Arabic Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities

Arabic Fluency: Must be able to Read and Speak Arabic fluently to evaluate and moderate regional content effectively.
Content Screening: Reviewing and auditing Arabic/English images, videos, and audio files against community safety standards.
Policy Enforcement: Identifying and removing harmful content, including hate speech, misinformation, and graphic violence.
Dialect Awareness: Understanding regional spoken dialects and Arabizi to identify violations that automated filters miss.
Performance: Delivering high-quality decisions with 95%+ accuracy while meeting daily volume targets (SLAs).

Core Skills

Linguistic: Fluent Arabic (Read/Speak), English Proficiency, Cultural Nuance.
Technical: CMS Tools, Trust & Safety, Content Filtering.
Soft Skills: Emotional Resilience, Sharp Attention to Detail, Decision Making.
