Urgent Hiring Team Leader (Operations) (Motor Insurance Claim & Renwel) (Virtual Interview)

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have Motor Insurance experience in #Claim and Renwel as a Team Leader
Must be a Graduate
Mandatory experience in Insurance Sector.
Experience in Inbound Voice Process

SLA Management
Manpower Planning
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Handling

Note: Only candidates with relevant Motor Insurance experience as a Team Leader
