Handling Customer Queries

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes

  • Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when needed

3. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure a positive and professional interaction with customers
  • Handle complaints calmly and efficiently
  • Follow up to confirm issue resolution

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Log customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Maintain records of complaints, feedback, and resolutions

5. Product/Service Knowledge

  • Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and updates
  • Educate customers on product usage or services

6. Meeting Performance Metrics

  • Achieve targets like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards

7. Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to resolve issues
  • Share customer feedback for service improvement
