Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Coordinator to manage daily commercial operations and support cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Perform data entry and manage basic MS Excel tasks
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learn quickly and adapt to dynamic work requirements
- Be willing to work in night shifts
- Manage daily commercial logs and advertising schedules
- Resolve discrepancies and help optimize revenue
- Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and Accounting teams
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure proper contract compliance
- Provide backup support to fellow coordinators when required
- Ensure timely posting and filing of logs
- Update inventory availability for Sales Managers
- Use web-based tools for cross-team coordination
Candidate must have minimum 6 months of work experience.
