Job Title: Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)

Job Description:
We are hiring freshers for a Voice Support role. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
Adhere to process guidelines and SLAs

Eligibility:

HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

Basic computer knowledge
Customer-centric approach
Willingness to learn
