Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.

Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.

Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and IT-enabled services.
Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges

CTC: Depends On the interview

Shift: 24/7 shifts 2 rotational shifts
