Job Description

Cleaning:

Dusting furniture, light fixtures, and windows
Washing windows as scheduled
Keeping the office kitchen clean
Disposing of trash and other waste

Running errands:

Carrying files and other documents
Running errands for the office, both inside and outside
Fetching coffee and tea for staff and visitors

Basic office tasks:

Assisting with photocopying, printing, and scanning
Preparing meeting rooms
Dealing with queries and requests from staff and visitors
Answering phones and taking messages
Ensuring cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
Depositing or collecting checks, cash, and bank documents
Maintaining office cleanliness and organizationQualifications
