About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at EaseMyTrip, you will work closely with senior leadership to manage schedules, communication, and high-priority business coordination. Your role involves ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the leadership office by handling calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and executive communication.

You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that priorities are managed efficiently and decisions are executed with speed and accuracy. This position is critical in maintaining organizational discipline, improving productivity, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure optimal time allocation for leadership.
  2. Meeting Coordination & MOM Tracking: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to ensure execution.
  3. Executive Communication Handling: Draft, review, and manage emails, messages, and communication on behalf of leadership.
  4. Travel Planning & Itinerary Management: Handle end-to-end travel logistics including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of priorities.
  6. Presentation & Reporting Support: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing notes for internal and external meetings.
  7. Task Tracking & Execution Monitoring: Track key deliverables, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  8. Confidential Data & Information Management: Handle sensitive business, financial, and strategic information with discretion and integrity.
  9. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors for meetings, events, and requirements.
  10. Process Optimization & Productivity Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems, tools, or workflows to improve leadership productivity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Relevant Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  2. Strong Calendar & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize effectively, and handle last-minute changes.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with ability to draft professional emails and documents.
  4. Presentation & Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating structured presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar tools like Outlook or Google Calendar.
  6. Organizational & Multitasking Ability: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High Ownership & Accountability: Self-driven with strong follow-through and execution discipline.
  8. Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve challenges.
  9. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Strong integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  10. Adaptability & Work Ethic: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with high expectations and flexible schedules.
