Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments.
Handle guest check-ins and handle queries,
Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and communications.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent telephone handling skills with proficiency in using phones for making calls and taking messages.
Strong receptionist activities including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Proficiency in office coordination tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
