Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality analysis of customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and services.
• Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of US Voice Process procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) methodology for problem-solving.
