Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies, plans, and procedures for software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, prioritize issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Analyze data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
  • Strong people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with stakeholders across various departments.
