Job Description
About Position:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably experience in banking and payments domain. Experience leading multiple, large-scale projects in a professional software development environment is required. Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies is essential. Strong, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a background in a SAFE environment, with preferred certifications. Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, build strong relationships, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with impact to executives, engineers, and product teams.

What You'll Do:
- Lead endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional, multiteam engineering programs.
- Provide technical leadership for MDES initiatives including tokenization and wallet technologies.
- Drive planning, execution, and production deployment of digital payment platforms.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Infrastructure teams, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical design, and delivery execution.
- Drive operational excellence across development workflows and delivery processes.
- Support adoption and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Oversee delivery readiness and support customer onboarding and integration activities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles.
- Communicate status, risks, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 815 + years of overall experience in software development and technical program/project management.
- Candidate must have prior experience with Java.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs from inception to closure.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, including Java, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and modern service-oriented architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience in the payments or financial services domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high scale, high availability, and regulated environments.
