Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager End User Support to manage and coordinate end-user support operations, service delivery, and IT infrastructure support projects. Will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT support services, managing support teams, driving SLA compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-user support projects including desktop support, laptop support, application support, and IT service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor incident management, service requests, escalation handling, and resolution timelines.
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Lead and manage support engineers, team leads, and other support teams.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
- Manage resource allocation, shift planning, and operational activities.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in IT support operations.
- Handle risk management, issue tracking, and escalation management.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and organizational policies.
- Support transition and migration activities for new projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) support environment.
- Experience in handling desktop/laptop support, O365, Active Directory, VPN, printers, and network troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience in SLA management and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
